Chrona is the daughter of a pure-blood witch named Medusa. As a child, Medusa would abuse Chrona--locking her in a dark room for days with very little food until she did as she was told. Chrona is vaguely aware of her mother's practices in the dark arts. Chrona is a Parslemouth and can often be found talking to her pet snake, Ragnarok--which was one of the only presents Medusa ever gave to her. Ragnarok can usually be found curled up on Chrona's head. He is a very aggressive snake who takes pleasure in biting and choking her. Chrona also swears that he's always making fun of her, but being that it's in "snake language" the rest of us will never know if she's telling the truth. Chrona is often shy and melancholy. She can be awkward around new people. When she's frightened or uncomfortable she will curl up in the corner of her room (which she calls Mr. Corner) until she calms down. On top of all this, because of the abuse her mother (and Ragnarok XD) have put her through, she has also developed a bit of a psychotic nature, making her seem just a little off at times, and very easily manipulated. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
